In order to operate our software, you need a suitable web space. Installing and running our software requires a server or webspace with PHP support and a MySQL database.
The system requirements are: You need to have at least PHP in Version 5.5.4 and MySQL 5.5.35 or MariaDB 10.0.22 both with InnoDB support. It is recommended to always use the latest versions for better performance, stability and security reasons.

The memory_limit must be at least 128 MB in PHP.

I've answered to the ticket yesterday. According to your description, the PayPal problem seems to be a temporary problem on PayPals side.
You have to rebuild all data that have something to do with activity points including the users.
The numbers in the tag cloud came from the hashtag plugin from viecode. I've fixed some wrong html entities in your database. The hashtag problem should be resolved. Please rebuild the data in the correct order to fix the other problems.
There was not specified which user groups could be edited by the default admin group (optionID 15 was set to 0).
After that, I've deleted the entries for the admin user in the table wcf1_user_storage and logged the user off and on again.
I've fixed the group permissions for the main admin group (id 4). It works again.

Paid subscriptions works automatically after receiving the payment. The automatic assignments for user groups works via cronjob (cronjob id 13).

Automatically sending reported posts to a specific forum is not possible.
You can list all the user's posts in the profile by clicking on the total number of their posts. In this list you have via inline moderation the possibility to delete the posts. Users can also be banned via the profile.

This depends on the respective plugin-developer. During the development of WoltLab Suite 3.1, we placed great emphasis on downward compatibility so that only minimal adaptations are necessary.

You don't have to translate the acp. If you ignore these phrases, it is significantly less. In addition, you still have to translate the language file for the forum and any plugins. We use an ordinary XML editor.

There was a complete russian translation for WoltLab Suite by http://burning-board.ru. Unfortunately the project seems to not exists anymore.

I would like to have something similar to YooTheme ZOO plugin to create custom catalogues and user entries based on customizable templates.
An all-in-one solution like YooTheme ZOO does not exist.
