    When trying to attach a large file (900 GB) , the progress meter gets all the way to the end and then gives "unknown" error during upload.

    Could this be a php limitation perhaps? How can I look up what might be happening? I know it's probably not a Woltlab issue, but I was wondering if anyone else used large uploads?

    This is on a music/songwriting forum that I opened where there are 4 members and we collaborate on song projects that can be a couple GB in size.

    Thank you in advance for any help.

    p.s. I do know we could use Dropbox or something, but would prefer to keep it all contained on the forum for ease of use and organization.

    A user is getting invalid security key when clicking the link they receive when requesting a new password. The user name and email are correct...as they do get the email with a link for the password reset. When they follow the link they get the error.

    This has happened before with others and I ended up manually giving them a password over the email, but I don't like doing that.

    Any ideas what is going wrong?

    Thank you.

    In the old forum version you could click on an image and then click and drag to resize it in the post, but now an edit window pops up instead and you can't manually drag the image to move it or resize it as before.

    Is there a way to disable the image edit box that pops up when you click on an image in the post edit/create area? Even deleting the image is more of a pain... I'd rather not have to see that box open up to delete images.

    Is there a setting for disabling or changing the behavior of the image edit box?

    I just want to know if it's normal.

    If you click on a thread that you have visited before, when there is a new post you are taken to that post when you click on the thread, right? In other words you are taken to the first NEW post - say it's on page 6 of a long thread.

    Now after you have seen that post and click on the thread again, you are taken to page ONE and the very first post of the six page thread.

    Is that a new change? My users are asking me and they think it is something wrong with their browser or cookies.

    This can't be the way it worked before, I would have remembered that.

    The way this works now is if there are unread posts it will take you to the first unread post, say in the middle of a 5 page thread. Then after you've read the thread if you click on it again it takes you to the first post on the first page and you have to go find the last page again.

    I do not like that at all. I know that you can go to the last post by clicking the icon of the last poster, but it didn't work that way before and this is very bad now.

    Or maybe I'm not getting how this feature worked before?

    I guess after all posts in a thread are read, the next time you click the thread is it supposed to take you back to the first post or the last post? I thought it was supposed to take you back to the last post, but maybe I'm remembering wrong? Did this feature change recently?

    I just cleared my cookies and browser cache and then tested a thread that I had read before. The very first time I went back to the thread after clearing cookies it took me to the last unread post but then every other time it did not - it just took me to the first post in the thread.

    So it worked properly one time after clearing the browser and then every other time after that it did not work again.

    Most threads no longer take me or my users to the last unread post in a thread. Works on some threads and not others. It seems to work on older threads.

    What should I be looking for as a cause?

    The only thing I have done different recently is force HTTPS through .htaccess, but that was several days before anyone pointed this problem out to me.

    How can I change the display size for embeded video, like from youtube? They display very large on one of my forums but much smaller (and this is what I want) on another forum, both running WSC 3.X

    Smarty
    <div id="pageHeaderLogo" class="pageHeaderLogo">
        {if MODULE_WCF_AD && $__disableAds|empty}{@$__wcf->getAdHandler()->getAds('com.woltlab.wcf.logo')}{/if}

        <a href="{link}http://www.icecreamonmars.com/forum/index.php?board/2-adventure-log/{/link}">
            <img src="{$__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getPageLogo()}" alt="" class="pageHeaderLogoLarge" style="{if $__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getVariable('pageLogoWidth')}width: {@$__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getVariable('pageLogoWidth')}px;{/if}{if $__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getVariable('pageLogoHeight')}height: {@$__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getVariable('pageLogoHeight')}px{/if}">
            <img src="{$__wcf->getStyleHandler()->getStyle()->getPageLogoMobile()}" alt="" class="pageHeaderLogoSmall">

            {event name='headerLogo'}
        </a>
    </div>

    You guys helped me fix this before and I don't know what is wrong now

    I'm trying to get my forum logo (and landing page) to link directly to a specific Forum. I've changed the link in the pageHeaderLogo templates - all of them, and it still does not work - it still goes to the Forum List as a landing page, which I do now want .

    Can someone tell me if I added the link correctly?

    Also - and this is driving me CRAZY. Why can't I select a specific Forum (not forum list) as my landing page? I want to hire someone to make this option. Please????

    Thank you so so much!

    This my MAIN forum and FRONT end to my website http://www.icecreamonmars.com/…hp?board/2-adventure-log/

    I want this to be my landing page and I want the Header Logo AND the Breadcrumbs to all go back to that as my landing page. It doesn't seem like it should be so hard, but I've been trying for a couple of weeks now since I've upgraded to WCS 3.0

    Or maybe I only need to add a CSS class name to this box I made so that it will show like the forum? If so, I could use help with what class name to use.

    I really, really appreciate you taking the time to explain this.!

    It does almost do what is needed. The only problem is that this page is still not the same as the actual forum page. it's missing thread select check boxes for instance.

    My problem would be 100% solved if I could somehow just make the actual forum the landing page. That's all I need.

    Here is the forum page. It's the main page of the forum. All of the things marked are missing when creating a box that simply has the forum threads from this forum.

    No pagination, not check boxes for threads, no display options box and no forum listed above (which is a hidden forum when not logged in)

    on a text page , you can see a box and inside the box it is possible to see a specific forum

    chose thread and select the forum

    and read my first post , you can change the template and put the url you want

    Oh, I see what you mean in the template page now. I didn't understand before.

    However, I see no option in a text page for a box to a specific forum. This is all I have. Unless I'm missing or not seeing something?

    I really appreciate your help!
