I'm sure it must be possible to force resizing of images greater than certain pixel dimensions, when they are uploaded?
And/or change their JPG quality, if they are too large in file size?
I can't find how to do it though. Any ideas?

Since we set up the forum, we have made various custom user fields mandatory for new users.
We now want to retro-collect the same information for existing early users who did not have to fill them in.
Is there a way to pop up a form or something when they log in, asking for these pieces of information, before they can carry on?
As I understand it...
The Paid Subscription system adds a User to the Groups specified in the "The buyers will automatically be added to the selected user groups" section.
When the subscription ends, the system removes the person from those groups.
We are getting some odd behaviour with people being removed from a Group, which I think I have tracked down...
We have a group called "Paying Members" which we use to control access to a number of subforums that ALL paying members have access to, regardless of their subscription.
Then we have subscriptions called (for example) Bronze, Silver, Gold, and these control the level of perks, for example areas you can post to, or number of attachments you can add.
So when someone buys a subscription for example "Silver", the system adds them to the "Silver" group, and also the "Paying Members" group.
Supposing 6 months later they upgrade to "Gold", this will add them to "Gold" and "Paying Members" (which they were already in).
Now another 6 months later, their "Silver" sub expires. So they are automatically removed from the "Silver" group by the system.
Now the $64,000 question is...... is the system clever enough to NOT remove them from the "Paying Members" group?

Edit: Could it be, that these users are submitting a previously saved draft which already included attachments uploaded earlier? By draft, I mean messages that got automatically restored, including but not limited after a browser crash or accidential navigation.
Lots of plugins, I'm not sure how I can list them easily, but you have my login credentials from recent tickets if you would like to take a look?
I will raise this possibility about drafts but I don't think that's it.
Check your web server's error logs, and the woltlab logs. Something's jamming it at 7%, you need to find out what.
You could also check the permissions on any files or folders you've recently installed or moved into the WSC system. Perhaps it stops because of a permissions error.

You can remove the media collection plugin, and then the mediaelementjs plugin, then install the media collection plugin again and it will reinstall the latest mediaelementjs as well.

I have the plugin that gives a "list of my own threads".
What I am being asked for, is a way for people to quickly see for example "all posts I have in the Sales forum, which are labelled "For sale"".
So that we can have a menu item "My items for sale" which takes them straight to that search.
If not with the label, then at least "All threads in this subforum that were started by me".
Is it possible?

As our forum evolves, we have found it necessary to restrict non-paying members from the conversation system because they are using it to circumvent our rules on sales and other things.
However, then the staff and moderators will have no way to contact these users other than email.
Are there any suggestions for how Conversations can be implemented between Moderators and non-paying members, without giving them (non-paying users) the capability to also send and receive messages to & from other users?
Or any other way for staff to contact non-paying members, and vice versa, other than email?

I'm sure this shuold be possible but I can't work out how to do it, even with UZ Community Bot.
