Sorry but I don't understand how you can compare them to xenforo especially in the context that you were?
Woltlab have done so much more development in comparison it should really be a no brainer. Their forum is better plus they have their own frame work and other additions, blog, gallery etc
Is there more I would love to see fleshed out? yes but things take time and when you consider how active they're in development and fixing issues as they come across them and then compare it to other forum software namely vBulletin because that's easy hehe... I would rather them be prompt fixing problems rather then leaving them to collect dust whilst they work on something else and its own collection of bugs to collect dust.
Heck you get to talk to the developers and get support from them both here and elsewhere, I don't think you can with vBulletin or xenforo? So not only are these developers doing so much more in regards to development, they're also providing you support!

Fair enough

Ah is this the beta for their blog?
-
What features can't you find?
-
The first 13 in that screen shot work when I click on them, it's a search of a users posts that Google is getting when crawling posts/threads. The ones following with highlight in the URL do not work and Google seems to be getting them from the previous search on a users post. I haven't had a soft 404 with burning board until now.

Hello
I seem to be getting soft 404 errors since the upgrade?
-
That was quick! Thanks for letting me know!

Hello
I applied the update this afternoon and I am finding posting very buggy. I will post and get a wcf.global.error.title but the post will post anyway and I will end up with double posts. I have also noticed that the forum index isn't updating properly.

cool thanks Rasty!

Hello
I have just upgraded my live forum and before doing so were instructed to remove the UZ community Bot plugin that I relied on to send welcome messages and emails to new users.
I have just looked through the plugin store but I am not finding anything. Is there a way I can do this, a plugin that I've missed?
It's a really important thing to have in a forum in my opinion.

Thanks, for some reason I thought the search by IP addresses had been added, I will check out your plugin!

Hello
I have two questions that I have not been able to work out so far.
Firstly, how do I search ip addresses, particularly for users that have yet to post such as the ip of users awaiting moderation?
Secondly, I have selected a default gravatar type but how do I get this to transfer across to my previously registered users that have no avatar selected so that it is used instead of the old grey and white avatar? (like what you did here)

Looks good on my iPad.

Ok upgraded successfully, what was wrong was mod_ruid2 was missing
-
Thank you McWolle
I think this is my problem also. I tried explaining it in a support ticket with my host last night as I wasn't sure how to change the ownership but I must've drawn the short straw and got someone that didn't understand. I will try again soon after I have a coffee

For me, I would prefer the group system to be like vbulletin (atleast prior to vb5). I feel more comfortable with individual groups for everything, not just regular user groups, moderators etc but banned users, users waiting email activations, users under moderation etc it's more intuitive, direct and easier to control and just makes more sense.
I still prefer burning board over any others any day but that's the one thing that annoys me the most.

I just treat everyone as guest, I find it's easier doing it that way then I just make my user groups on top of that.

Not what I know of but I should add I'm still on 4.0
