Isn't WSC 5.2 using Redactor 3? Because from what i know, Redactor 3 has Grammarly support (and an option to disable it since 3.0.7).
What about BeyondGrammar as alternative for Grammarly?

You just see the spinner because their sites are slow. The popup is a standard feature.

There's a simple setting in the ACP. Unfortunately, i am currently unable to tell you the name. Something like force login or similar. Maybe, the ACP search can help.

The one we are using is a custom development (using the shop system), but the layout is based on the plugin by cls-design.

You can simply disable it in the modules section in the ACP. But please note, that you may be required to show this information, depending on your local laws.
