You could limit the number of lines with css (e.g. max-height in pixels). But there's no built in functionality to achieve this.

No, it's not. However, you can enable it and play around with the single rules. Maybe, Alexander Ebert could provide a list of useful rules (they're using Cloudflare business and also the WAF).

How many forums do you have? It stops working if you have more than 200 (if i remember correct).

For most forums, a value of 1 is absolutely fine. In some cases (e.g. data import), a value of 2 can speed up the process. But when setting this to 2, there's a minimal risk of data loss.
However, if you don't know how to change it, just ignore that message.

Like i said, they are identified by their user agent. There's no IP check.
