Well, what you've linked is just the database itself, which is just a part of the plugin. However, I'll fix the problem within the plugin ASAP.
I'm not putting any effort into further investigations as I would usually do.

I doubt, that this will be done by WoltLab. If you need it, you may have to find someone, developing it exclusively for you. At least for the reason, that cPanel isn't used that much in Europe.
