Inappropriate margins in code block

Hello,

As you see in code blocks, line numbers are very near to code phrases.

I have had added custom CSS rules but it seems they are gone after updating, and now I am facing this issue again.

I know I can add the rules again, but I think it would be good if it could be checked and modified in the later updates.
