That's caused by a broken plugin, I think it is the "Have I Been Pwned" plugin by SoftCreatR or something else from this author. I can't recall exactly which one it was, but it bricks both the registration and the account management.

I haven't added a plugin in a few days. What is confusing it that It was working about 4 hours ago. Let me see what the last thing was that was from that developer. BRB

What makes you think so? I find it interesting, without giving any reasons to accuse a plugin developer.

rabtech The list of installed packages appears to be incomplete? Anyway, I'm 99,9% certain this is caused by "Dead Letter Email Validation" by SoftCreatR, not "Have I Been Pwned", I confused the two.
TitusKirch Several different customers had the same exact issues in the past months. Please understand that most support requests are handled through our ticket system, which aren't visible to others.

If several problems are known, why not inform the developer?

I deleted the Dead letter email validation plugin and all is great now.

First and foremost the plugin has been abandoned by the developer and second I was simply able to pinpoint the issues without debugging the code. Since the developer doesn't actively support this plugin anymore, I'm not putting any effort into further investigations as I would usually do.

Well, what you've linked is just the database itself, which is just a part of the plugin. However, I'll fix the problem within the plugin ASAP.

This is absolutely fine, but a mention would have been nice in this case. Or are you afraid of mentioning "Hackerman" in public?

Quoting the second part of the second without the first part is kind of lame.
Since the developer doesn't actively support this plugin anymore, I'm not putting any effort into further investigations as I would usually do.
I was under the impression that the plugin isn't supported anymore, so why should I bother you, if you're (that was my assumption) for the most part not going to do anything about it.
Not everything resembles a conspiracy.
