I keep seeing a Tips donation plugin on many WoltLab powered sites that I visit but I cannot figure out where to purchase/download the plugin. Can someone please tell me where I can find it?

This should be a stock feature. Just installed also from that Vie site and it really good showing the smaller version of profile background behind the avatar on forums
