I mean this with complete sincerity... Will it (Professional Support) provide an actual working solutions, as opposed to being told to "figure it out myself" as I was told here?

That depends on whether it is possible to reproduce the problem or not. If the problem occurs only on your PC and works with any other, it is difficult for us to reproduce it.
