cam you please tell me how to download it
as I cant see it unless I need to be logged in on that site

Once has to register and then one ca download and install it

You have to go to:
ACP - >Appearance -> Page menu -> List Items
and sort the way you want it to be.
Just drag&drop the portal to the top and hit submit -
