Upgrading from old Burning Board® Version 3.0.9 (Sunrise) to new and latest version

  • Hi,

    I need to upgrade my current version of Burning board to the latest
    version and also renew my license. My last installation was in Feb 2008.

    I can't seem to find out how to do this. Do I need to purchase a new Burning board software?

    Some problems I have:

    1. Updates don't work from the main admin page.

    2. Update server is offline (http://community.woltlab.com/packages/)

    Please check your account (http://www.woltlab.com/myaccount/) and see if you have an license attached. If you have an valid license, you can activate your account for the support board in your account-page. Please do so in order to help you with updating.

    As for the update-server you mentioned. This one is no longer available as the Woltlab-Community was shut down. As soon as you have activated your support account as an official costumer you will be able to get further information.


  • Currently there's no license associated with your account "g0merchant". This could be due to our changes in website back in June 2010, if you purchased that license before this date you most likely have to follow our Instructions for Data-Transfer.

    After your old license has been successfully transfered to your current user account, you may extend your license at any time with update access.
