This board is intended for important announcements and reports for projects so all users in the WCom can be informed about serious issues i.e. security vulnerabilities and their fixes. To keep up with the latest reports you can subscribe to this board. You will recevive a mail on new threads if you did not disable this feature in your communication settings (My Profile -> Settings -> Communication -> E-mails).

These announcements can be posted by a special group of developers and the WoltLab Community Team. Regular users have moderated write permissions. This means that you can create such announcements as well, but they have to be activated by moderators. Note that support requests will be deleted without any comments. This board was not set up for reporting casual bugs.

Your participation is very important to us! If you discover security vulnerabilities or serious bugs in a project, do not hesitate to post it here. We ask you to provide the following information (You can also contact a moderator if needed) using this patttern:

• Report type (security vulnerability, serious bug)
• Link and name of the project
  
• Affected versions
  
• Report state (i.e. in progress, fixed)
• Instructions for users (Uninstall? Update? etc.)

If possible, post your report in German and English. As the german community is quite big, do not hesitate to ask someone for a translation.

Discussions and questions regarding a report must be posted in the appropriate project support area. It is NOT POSSIBLE to post an answer to a report here.
