How do i change the thread permalink?

Hi,

At first, i thought this board was SEO friendly but im not getting good results.
My wordpress blog is a lot more SEO friendly, because its permalinks has the name of the post, while wbb has only numbers etc.

Anyway, i tried to use Sitemap Generators but the generated XML file didnt have any topic name, neither tags...

Am i wrong or do i have to change something to be able to create sitemaps?
