Spanish in Brazil?

I think you mix up South America. In Brazil 97 % of the population speaks Brazilian Portugese. No Spanish there.

There is a Portugese language package available for WBB3.0 - the version for 3.1 is not yet completed.
A Spanish language package is in production and will be released in the foreseeable future.
